We do not want to spoil the fun, but there are a number of things you must consider. It is not the intention that an employer who wishes to engage you as a regular employee first offers you a quick holiday job. In other words, your holiday job may not be used as a "cheap trial period".
If there is a clear difference between your holiday job and your job as a regular employee, there is, of course, no problem. For example, that is the case when you start in a completely different function or if you begin working for the same employer as a regular employee once some time has passed after your holiday job.
